[Top 1] - "Attenuate" with Frame Windows Counter

Attenuate is a similar impossible level to another level I did a few months ago, Dilute. Both were made for a SEA1997 creator context, but this one is much harder and cancerous. The is honestly quite deceiving in it's difficulty, it doesn't look too bad at first but the level was buffed in a terrible way and these gaps are pretty ridiculous. There's a lot of buffs you can't see normally well either. Not much else to say though about that. The 2017-ness shines very heavily through, I do like it kinda, even if this era's deco isn't my favorite. Also got this requested a few times so yeah. This level is definitely still top 1 by a decent margin to this day, even with Grief. The WR is 9% by MakiaYT which is quite impressive.
