This time we brought green spirit from Massachusetts to Niagara Falls, Canada. Canada just started opening her border to fully vaccinated US citizens and green card holders beginning 8/9/2021 since March 2020. Proof of Negative PCR tests 72 hours upon arrival are still required, otherwise you will be turned away. 15 gates at the border patrol, only 2 open when we got there. Roughly 5 mins per vehicle, so you can do the math when it’s your turn. Documents, passports, green cards, vaccination cards, negative tests, “ArriveCAN”App(if you travel with others, only need one personal fill the information, you can add on others), get everything prepared. We got chosen to complete randomized testing at the border(Not surprised since we are from the US). It took 20mins(we got results back within 30hrs, it may send you another testing date if you stay longer). We very much enjoyed our stay in Niagara Falls, Canada . The power of the nature is pure magical. Still in the middle of the COVID pandemic, tourists here are significantly less than normal, the traffic is light, you can barely see any license plate from the US. With the spread of delta variant, even Canada has higher vaccination rate than the US, everybody still mask up indoor, social distancing and contact tracing are still in places to protect each other! Good job, Canada! Before I forget, in the last 3 days, we have spotted 74 Tesla, and model 3 is the clear winner. At the end of video, will be the photos I took, hope you enjoy. Peace!
