Electric Fire! How to tow Peterbilt that wont start or build air!

Damn electrical fire!! Had to tow this peterbilt truck that had a small fire under the cab. This caused several problems being that I was not able to start or move this truck. The small fire under the cab burned the air lines so running air was not a option. Not all tows are made equal there is always going to be something you run into that requires you to thing outside the box.
