1993 Ford Ranger No Crank (Fixed)

Here is another truck I just picked up. The owner was told it was unsafe due to frame rust. It also didn't start and he said the starter was bad. Turns out the issue was with the starter relay. I'll show how to diagnose the issue and change the starter and relay.
