Prerequisite : Before setting up the custom MCP server, ensure you have completed the prerequisite setup outlined here: Headless360 - Enable Salesforce MCP Servers 1. Build the Apex Invocable Action Create a new apex class called LeadConvertorHelper 2. Provide the below prompt to your LLM Use the LLM prompt to generate the required Apex logic 3. Create the Custom MCP Server Navigate to Setup - MCP Server. Create a new MCP Server and name it Get-Company-Details(or reuse Get-Account-Details) Go to Server Assets - Tool and add the Autolaunched flow. Activate the MCP Server. 4.
