THE LAST REEL - LilithRose888 | The Lilium | Tales From The Dark

🌹 THE LAST REEL 🖤 LilithRose888 | The Lilium | Tales From The Dark "Don't play the last reel. Don't look behind the screen." What if you found a box of old home movies that were never meant to be watched? "The Last Reel" is a terrifying cinematic gothic horror-rock song inspired by the movie Sinister (2012). An old film projector. A box of forgotten home movies. Families who vanished without a trace. Children whispering from the darkness. And something ancient hiding between the frames. As each reel plays, the nightmare becomes more real. The footsteps grow closer. The children begin to laugh. And the woman watching discovers the horrifying truth... The final home movie hasn't been filmed yet. And it's hers. With haunted children's whispers, distorted film static, bloodcurdling screams, crushing guitars, and an unnaturally sweet possessed ending, this song takes you inside a nightmare you cannot escape. 🎞️ Part of The Lilium | Tales From The Dark — a LilithRose888 horror music series inspired by terrifying urban legends, haunted locations, supernatural stories, and horror movies. 🌹 WELCOME TO THE LILIUM 🖤 Original music. "We saved the best one for last." Found a little box in the attic dust Eight old reels covered up with rust Birthday parties and a family tree But nobody's smiling back at me A hanging branch and an empty swing A little girl's voice begins to sing There's something standing behind the frame Every single tape has a different name "He's watching..." I hear footsteps overhead But everybody's asleep in bed The projector turns on by itself And there's one more film upon the shelf DON'T PLAY THE LAST REEL! DON'T LOOK BEHIND THE SCREEN! There's something in the shadows That the living shouldn't see! HE'S IN THE PICTURES! HE'S HIDING IN THE WALLS! Every time the camera rolls Another family falls! Turn it off! Turn it off! TURN IT OFF! But the film keeps rolling on! I saw a face between the trees A crooked smile staring back at me I closed my eyes and counted three Now he's standing on the screen Little footprints down the hall Blackened pictures on the wall My daughter whispers in her sleep "He promised that he'd play with me." "Mommy... he's here." The attic door is open wide There's something moving just inside The children laugh behind the door But I don't hear my daughter anymore DON'T PLAY THE LAST REEL! "One little movie..." "Two little screams..." "Three little children..." "Lost inside dreams..." "Sweetheart?" "Who are you talking to?" "Mr. Boogie." "Where is he?" "Behind you." NO! GET AWAY FROM ME! I SEE YOUR FACE! I HEAR YOU BREATHE! THE FILM WON'T STOP! THE DOOR WON'T MOVE! "Smile, Mommy." "He's filming you." PLAY BACK THE LAST REEL! COME SEE WHAT WE HAVE SEEN! There's something in the darkness And he's finally coming clean! HE'S IN THE PICTURES! HE'S STANDING IN THE HALL! Now I'm just another shadow Hanging on somebody's wall! Turn it on! Turn it on! TURN IT ON! Let the film keep rolling on! Let the film keep rolling on... "That was a good movie..." "Can we watch another?" "There's one more." "And this one's about you." #LilithRose888 #TheLastReel #TalesFromTheDark #Sinister #horrorrock #gothicrock #darkmusic #horrormusic #TheLilium #originalmusic
