A huge thank you to Robert Hunter at Gary Force Acura in Brentwood, TN (http://www.garyforceacura.com) for dropping off the car for me at Apple Mobility. Robert truly went above and beyond to give me great service throughout the entire process.
I also want to also extend a thank you to Jeff & Mike Apple at Apple Independence Mobility in Cookeville, TN (https://www.applemobility.com) for installing my hand controls and staying late so I could pick up my new car at a time that was convenient for me.
Both parties worked together to help make this process as easy as possible for me.
As a side note: In all of the excitement, I forgot to mention it, but both were willing to bring the car to me, but since we had to double check to make sure everything was set properly, we drove to Apple Mobility to pick it up. I wanted to mention this so if you are shopping for a car that needs hand controls, you know that this is sometimes an option.
