Let's Build A Blue Family Home - Part 1 - The Sims 4 *SpeedBuild*

Howdydoodoo, booboo. How YOU doin'? Good? Goood! SO, I was building the other day because honestly it's just one of those things I like to do in the sims. (Also, I'm typing this on a new keyboard, and the clicky sounds are making me quiver and bite my lip. Does that make me an AMSR skank? Because I'm okay with that.) Where was I? ... OH! I was building in the sims the other day and I figured out a floorplan for this house I saw in google images and I think the house turned out cute BUT it felt a little too small. I decided to try again but make it bigger and better this time. Like give it proper family home vibes, you know? I also chose to hit record this time to show my work. Now while this is only part 1, I'm pretty sure I'll make a video of the furnishing/decorating process. I might change my mind because , to be frank, I overthink when I furnish on video because time keeping and stuff and the video could be like ten hours long and ain't nobody got time for that. Anyhoohoo, I like what I've done so far. Theres like 4 bedrooms and 2/3 bathrooms (I imagine the one to be an upstairs laundry room, but that could change) There's also a "Garage" for skill building items AND a big old basement that would be great for a rental unit. The garden is also pretty big so my sim who I plopped into this save file just to test this house could get married and have a bunch of kids to run around outside and swim in the pool and all that fun stuff. I have him in many of my save files already because he's one of my favourite sims and he's married in a bunch of them and he has kids and stuff, but in this universe he's still fresh and new. I think it'll be nice to play him again with a new story. If you want to download this house as is and furnish it yourself, my gallery ID is: SighlentlySims or use #SighlentlySimming to find me there. And if you do furnish it, it would be pretty gosh darn neat if you tagged me with some pictures on the social places so I can see what your take is. Ok I'm done rambling.
