ELBOW DOWN | Best euro track & corner to learn elbow down, Circuito Costa de Almeria TURN 3.

Getting your elbow down is cool, I think so anyway and I really wanted to do it! I was lucky enough to go on several trips to Almeria with my awesome sponsor WGA Construction who were enjoying the mega value for money of a 3 day Spanish track day trip over UK based one-dayers, which you can never quite bank on good weather. The Almeria Circuit has a brilliant turn 3 called El Curvon, its a constant radius left hander, so none throttle side which I found easier to shuffle my hand to the end of the bar to get the extension on my elbow, your in the corner for such a long time its possible to add extra lean and play about with body position to get that elbow sticking right out and eventually touch down. Then once you've done it once, it's like getting your knee down for the first time, you suddenly understand the mechanics of it and can do it again until you're scraping everywhere!
