NEMATODE EXTRACTION: BAERMANN FUNNEL METHOD

This video demonstrates extraction of motile nematodes using Baermann funnel method. This extraction technique is based on the motility of nematodes. Sedentary nematodes, nematode cyst etc. can be extracted using other technique.
