Tekken 4 Forest Law Mod Early Development

Please bare in mind this is the first time I’m doing a mod and it’s early development, as some of you retro Tekken gamers know forest law was meant to be in Tekken 4 as there was a announcer saying his name for the character selection but never made it in the game and I’m trying to bring him in the game. Still trying to improve on this mod Enjoy!
