This sovereign citizen got pulled over for the simplest thing imaginable — failing to signal a lane change. What should’ve been a routine ticket turned into a full pseudo-legal circus. When the officer asked for his license, he handed over a “travel document” instead, insisting he was “traveling, not driving,” and that the rules of the road simply didn’t apply to him.
By the time he reached his formal hearing, he came loaded. He declared himself “a man, not a person,” claimed he had “no contract with the state,” demanded to know where the “injured party” was, and fired off a rapid-fire list of Supreme Court cases — Kent v. Dulles, Murdoch v. Pennsylvania, Marbury v. Madison — plus a motion that actually cited the King James Bible. And on top of it all, he demanded a full jury trial… over a turn signal and an expired plate.
The judge heard him out, then calmly dismantled every piece of it. His motions weren’t properly filed, didn’t comply with the court rules, and his “constitutional challenges” belonged in a different court entirely. With no valid defense to the actual infractions, the judge sustained both — a $125 fine on each, $250 total. When he tried to appeal on the spot, he was reminded he’d have to follow the very court rules he refused to recognize.
