‪@Copwatchtv‬ obtained body camera footage of an off-duty Albuquerque Police Officer driving fast and smelling of alcohol. A Sheriff Deputy pulled him over and the off duty officer did everything possible to avoid test. He was arrested for aggravated DWI, speeding and failure to maintain lanes.
