Spyship opening titles (1983)

In 1974, during the Cold War, the fishing vessel FV Gaul disappeared off the coast of Norway. There were rumours -- never proven -- that the Gaul was engaged in intelligence gathering activity for the British government (similar to the activities that the Soviet fishing fleet performed for the USSR). 'Spyship' is a 1983 drama miniseries produced by the BCC and follows the loss of a fictional trawler, the Caistor, in similar circumstances.
