Petalburg PP Ups vs Baghdad Blacephalons (BLRR Week 3)

This is Week 3 of the Breakout League Round Robin. Breakout League is a Pokémon VGC tournament between veterans and rookies alike, all looking to break into the VGC scene. The Petalburg PP Ups are currently without a win heading into week 3. Can they get their first against the Baghdad Blacephalons, who are currently 1-1? I cannot make jokes about either team name. Also, our little Garchomp cannot read Pokémon Showdown replay numbers. Silly little guy.
