Manufacturing Christmas Lights & Decor - A Tour of China & Factories

Join us on an 8-day factory tour in China, where we visit several colleagues at our Christmas lights & decoration factories to discuss quality assurance and explore the rich culture. Our goal is to ensure that our Pro Christmas brand of products maintains the highest quality standards as manufacturing expands from China to Cambodia, which will allow us to be more price competitive due to lower tariffs. We've been overseeing this journey for over a year when we first visited Cambodia for our first quality check. Follow us as we explore Hong Kong, a perfect blend of traditional and modern cultures and a global gateway for product sourcing. In South China, we take a first look at our decorated greenery collection (new for 2024) and visit a few tree factories, reviewing new products and designs, assessing quality, and connecting with new and longstanding manufacturing partners. Enjoy a glimpse behind the details and decision-making that go into product design and quality control before market release. Travel with us by high-speed train to the Zhangzhou area on the western coast, where we met up with our factory leaders. As they treated us to impressive cuisine and a tour around the city, the tour of their factory was equally as impressive. From tight quality control checks to consistent high standards, our factory partners demonstrated a thorough understanding of our market needs and the ability to translate that quality to their Cambodia manufacturing facility. Our other main factory also exceeded our expectations in quality assurance, innovative design and product development. Join us for a look at their amazing facility and get a look behind the scenes at how various Christmas lights, bulbs and products are manufactured.
