One night I caught a man looking over my shoulder Looking at my aces high I pulled out my six shooter emptied it on the thief Put him six feet underground … It’s the last thing he did to me Once a gambler in this old town I’m just a rambler when I’m out hanging around I ain’t no gambler I just fool around I gotta leave my mark and get the hell outta this town Once a gambler in this old town I’m just a rambler when I’m out hanging around I ain’t no gambler I just fool around I gotta leave my mark and get the hell outta this town This girl that rode with me a sure bet but my bet is off the table Looking back see the light …. looking back I played it right When that bet was surely made … I’ll have no regrets So, I bet she’s a hustler … She’s only trying to take me down Once a gambler in this old town I’m just a rambler when I’m out hanging around I ain’t no gambler I just fool around I gotta leave my mark and get the hell outta this town Once a gambler in this old town I’m just a rambler when I’m out hanging around I ain’t no gambler I just fool around I gotta leave my mark and get the hell outta this town Oh, play it one time … Oh Yeah #mollyhatchet #southernrock #losthorizon
