Rashawn Porter - Missin' Your Love

'Missin’ Your Love' is a soulful meditation on the strange space between losing someone and still emotionally belonging to them. It isn’t simply about wanting a person back - it’s about realizing how deeply their presence became woven into the ordinary details of life. The morning light feels different. The music carries a different meaning. Even familiar places become reminders of something that no longer exists in the same way. The song captures that quiet contradiction of heartbreak: knowing a relationship has fallen apart while still feeling its warmth everywhere you turn. Memories can comfort us and hurt us at the same time. They preserve what was beautiful, but they also remind us that we cannot return to the exact moment when that beauty was alive. At its core, 'Missin’ Your Love' explores the emotional instinct to run back - not necessarily because we understand how to repair what was broken, but because the heart often remembers the feeling of being loved before the mind understands why the relationship ended. The bridge introduces a different kind of hope: not the certainty that two people will reunite, but the possibility that time may eventually reveal what the relationship meant, why it ended, and whether something worth saving was left behind. With its intimate verses, expressive harmonies, extended instrumental passages, and emotionally rising final chorus, Rashawn Porter turns longing into something almost tangible - a conversation between memory and desire. Sometimes moving forward doesn't begin with forgetting. Sometimes it begins with understanding why you still miss them. https://open.spotify.com/artist/6tHMV...   / alxndr_iv_productions     / 1jvrx6xpnj   #Oldschool #Soul #Music #90s #BlackMusic #SlowJam #rnb #Vibe #Banger #Soulmusic #Blackmusic #Passion #alxndrivproductions
