POTA While Driving Through Uranus!!!

When I drive by a place called Uranus, I just gotta figure out a way to activate it. I mean, the jokes just write themselves. As luck would have it, there is a POTA park. US-3791, the Trails of Tears, goes right down the road. All I have to do is find a public space to activate. And THAT was the challenge with this one.
