Cars Mater National PS2 Shy Car

Shy Car returns! albeit in a buggy state. Since we're able to mod this version now after years of not being able to, I've decided to try out a custom character. The easiest being ShyCar since he's built on top of Mike and adding him is as easy as cloning mike. Currently his wheels are wobbly but I'm not sure if I'm able to do anything about it as of now.
