Flash Recycling – NYC Chinatown's Garbage Men

With New York City’s franchise zones just announced, many micro-haulers like this one have been barred from doing business in the city. This Brooklyn-based hauler caters to Chinese businesses in the city, seen here working in the Canal St. area. This truck is (obviously) an ex-DSNY unit, which I’m told is a spare. Not sure if the company still exists at this point. Huge thanks to the crew for putting on a great show!!
