The Nurse Build NO ONE Expects!

No one will ever expect you to run this nurse build. It is very oppressive if you are willing to retrain your muscle memory. Dull bracelet is considered a "meme" add on as it reduces your blink range by 20% so if you pair this with Campbells you can send double blinks out more often at the cost of losing range. If you get very good with this add on combo I can see it being absurd but the main thing holding this combo back if anything is Campbells STILL being bugged.
