Arturia KeyLab 88 partial teardown | rotary encoder issue but I'm a dummy

Rotary encoder acts up Obviously the first step in troubleshooting is take the entire thing apart and get the multimeter out Except... it turns out it was freakin Mainstage's fault. I can map any other encoder to the tempo and it's fine. I can map this encoder to any other parameter and it's fine. But you map encoder 10 to the tempo and nope! At least you'll have some idea of how this thing comes apart if you ever need to take yours apart?
