Be the Glow: Gong Meditation

This sound meditation holds the intention to be the embers glowing from the Self. This little light shines for others without depleting itself for the sake of others. It was recorded on an iphone 18Pro and is best heard with headphones. Learn more about Brenda at linktr.ee/brendabrayko #gongmeditation #soundbath #betheglow #brendabrayko #celestialsoundgb
