Ice and concrete may both look solid and nearly indestructible, but their structures react very differently when subjected to enormous force. This time, we're putting extremely strong ice and high-strength concrete under a hydraulic press to see which material can withstand more pressure. The concrete tests include UHPC (Ultra-High Performance Concrete) along with concrete samples of different ages, giving us a closer look at how curing and material composition can affect strength.
