The narrow gate

THE NARROW GATE | Matthew 7:13–14 | Today's Bible Devotional “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it.” — Matthew 7:13 (NIV) Not every popular path leads to life, and not every difficult path means you are going the wrong way. In this Bible devotional, we explore Jesus’ teaching about the narrow gate and the broad road. What does it truly mean to follow Jesus when the way of obedience is difficult, when the world chooses a different direction, and when doing what is right comes at a cost? Jesus’ words invite us to examine more than our beliefs. They challenge us to look at the path we are walking, the choices we make, and whether our lives reflect the way He has called us to follow. The question is not simply, “Do I believe in Jesus?” but also, “Am I walking in the way He has taught me?” Join me, Eunice Onah, as we reflect on the Word of God and consider what it means to choose the narrow gate. 🙏 May this devotional help us examine our hearts and choose the way that leads to life.
