A single robot arm reaches down from above to run a laser cutting head around a large stamped car door panel resting on a square-tube stand. The head traces the outer contour and the window opening, and a burst of sparks at the lower edge falls onto the plate under the stand. What to look at in this cell: • Panel location on the stand — the stand and its pads present every panel the same way, so the head always finds the same edge • The head on the contour — the cutting head keeps a steady distance and angle to the surface as it moves, so the cut lands on the edge • One pass for opening and outer edge — the path walks the head around both without re-referencing the panel Have large stamped parts to laser-trim?
