Demo on making leather saddlebags

This is a video on the steps I take in making saddlebags, It's a simple design and simple construction which can be assembled by a sewing machine or by leather lacing, I used Latigo 5 oz. leather and sewed it with bonded nylon #207 thread. Make your pattern first out of poster board and then lay it on your leather for less waste. You can adjust the size to your liking.
