In this video, I’m exploring lost levels and cut content that were never meant to be seen by the public, giving us a rare glimpse into how the game looked years before its actual release. It is absolutely wild to see the early iterations of the asylum and how much the atmosphere has evolved since the original Rocksteady visions. A massive shoutout to GamerMentor for the incredible work on BmStudio, the custom editor that makes viewing and playing these baked packages possible. I’ll be taking you through three major recovered locations: the eerie Medical Facility, the massive and mysterious Botanical Gardens, and a very different version of the Batcave. From early predator rooms to strange machinery and cut collectibles, we are uncovering the hidden history of Arkham. Do you prefer these early beta designs or are you happy with the final polished game? I have some theories about the cut cog-collectible system in the gardens, and I want to hear yours in the comments! If you want to see my raw live reactions to these levels, check out the members-only section for exclusive content.
