Come and experience a real day in Iran, the warmth of family, peaceful nature, and the simple joys of village life. 🍚 My Homemade Loobia Polo (Persian Green Bean Rice) Recipe Ingredients: Rice Ground meat Green beans Carrots Onion Turmeric, salt, black pepper, and cinnamon Yogurt, saffron, and oil for the crispy rice crust How to make it: 1. Chop the onion and sauté it with the ground meat until cooked. 2. Chop the green beans and carrots into small pieces. 3. Add the vegetables to the meat and onion mixture, then add water. 4. Season with turmeric, salt, black pepper, and cinnamon. Cook until the vegetables are tender and the flavors come together. 5. Mix yogurt, saffron, cinnamon, and oil to prepare the crispy rice crust (tahdig). 6. Spread the tahdig mixture in the bottom of the pot, add the partially cooked rice, and layer the green bean mixture with the rice. 7.
