Camping Ricketts Glen - Site on the Lake!

After a day of hiking and exploring, I settled in for an amazing evening of peaceful camping on the banks of the beautiful Lake Jean. It was Easter Sunday and one of the extremely rare times this campground is nearly empty. The air was cool and crisp as I lit my fire and soaked in the early Spring ambience emanating all around me. Spring Peepers were in full throat as the lake waters gently lapped the shore. A warm glowing fire crackled quietly as darkness fell over the lake.
