How Goddess Durga manifested | Navratri Special | Pundit Sunil Seetahal Maharaj

On the first day of Navratri, October 11, 2026, Pundit Sunil Seetahal Maharaj shares a beautiful Katha on Dharma Vidya Darshan about the divine manifestation of Goddess Durga and her victory over the demon Durgam. The Earth was plagued by great distress because of a demon named Durgam, who prayed and received the blessings of the Devatas. However, he misused his powers, bringing havoc and suffering upon the world. Faced with this growing destruction, the Devatas wondered how they could restore peace. From the third eye of the Devatas, the divine Goddess manifested. She confronted and defeated the demon Durgam, and from this victory, she received the name Durga. This powerful Katha reminds us of the divine Mother's strength and the triumph of good over evil. As we begin the sacred days of Navratri, may Goddess Durga bless us with courage, strength, protection, and the wisdom to overcome the challenges in our lives. 🙏🏽🕉️ #PunditSunilSeetahalMaharaj #DharmaVidyaDarshan #Navraatri #GoddessDurga
