Las Vegas $60 Vietnamese Wagyu & Seafood Buffet - Worth the Trip Off the Strip?

Derek and Catherine try the $59.99 unlimited wagyu hot pot buffet at Saigon Alley in Las Vegas. While The X Pot at the Venetian Las Vegas is designed as elevated, spectacle-heavy fine dining in a luxury resort environment, local favorite Saigon Alley focuses on an authentic, casual, and approachable Vietnamese hot pot experience away from the Las Vegas Strip, emphasizing traditional sides, fresh ingredients, and a cozy neighborhood atmosphere. The basic AYCE option is $31.99, the beginner level is $39.99, and the top tier (for "foodies") is $59.99, offering a huge variety of premium meats, seafood, and traditional Vietnamese appetizers. 📍 LOCATION & PRICE Restaurant Name: Saigon Alley Location: 7920 S.
