#132 Arduino C++ nowRail model railway control V1.3.1 Update to loco controller with turnout control

This video explains the latest update to the nowRail touch screen loco controller. With version 1.3.1 Accessory control has been added. The code runs on the same hardware so old controllers can be easily updated.
