Today I’m making one of my SPECIALITY recipes — Charcoal Vegetable Biryani! 🔥🍚 Ankush absolutely loves the biryani I make, so today I decided to show you the complete recipe from start to finish. The best part? I wanted that authentic charcoal smoky flavour, but we have an ELECTRIC STOVE at home, which makes the charcoal process a little tricky! 😅 Somehow we managed it and the result was absolutely delicious!
