Eastern Cape | Truck transporting elephants overturns

The Olifant's Kop pass on the N10 between Patterson and Cookhouse in the Eastern Cape is closed to traffic after a truck carrying three elephants overturned. A motorist who was stuck behind the scene says they walked to the crash site and was informed by a police officer that the truck was carrying the animals and they were requested to vacate the area for their own safety.
