This collaboration piece between Urban Agriculture Cooperative and RWJBarnabas Health was created to introduce the community to the Harvest Food Hub that just opened in downtown Newark on Halsey Street! Various farmers from UAC shared their thoughts on the new space and how it will support their efforts of bringing their urban farming efforts in more abundance to the community of Newark who are actively fighting the difficulties of living in a food scarce city.
