August 13, 2026 is a beautiful day in Whittier, Alaska. Adventures of all kinds were being enjoyed at a #mellow and peaceful pace today. Canoes and kayaks were being maneuvered, trains were running and bringing much needed supplies in from the barges to the interior of the state. Best of all, and the most exciting was watching the salmon spawn in the creek coming into the bay of the Prince William Sound. Life is an adventure!
