Upgrading MTH C&O Allegheny with PS3! Full Kit Explanation and Mods!

Welcome back to the train room for another upgrade video! Today we will be upgrading an MTH Allegheny from the mid/ late 1990s. This is a Rail King by MTH model meaning it is semi scale. The original design only had a fan driven smoke unit with digital whistle/ bell from QSI Electronics. PS3 upgrade kit includes all but fan smoke unit and potentiometer for volume control.
