Meaford Level Crossing, Staffordshire

Date Filmed: 28/03/2026 This quiet MCB+CCTV is situated just a meters down the line from Stone Railway Station, where the Stone to Colwich line separates from the Stoke-on-Trent to Stafford line! This crossing is situated right on a small junction, resulting on it's strange wig-wag configuration. Only Avanti West Coast services are seen on this line, with occasional track machine movements, mostly just carrying Class 390 trains from Manchester to London Euston. This crossing has been my closest, and possibly most-visited crossing of all time as my local!
