Lime Kiln Wirksworth Climbing

Nic and Steve visit the quarry limestone quarry in the car park of the Lime Kiln Inn at Wirksworth. There are about 30 routes in this unusual setting, which has a trailer screening off the main wall. BMC access has been agreed, and the pub, which is traditional is very friendly. The BMC has a post to encourage visiting climbers to use the pub, which has parking and the shortest walk-in possible. The crag is largely NE facing but the base does get some morning sun.
