This Content Creator Said This About Black Hair And Black Women Are Furious

Fev is a social media content creator who had amassed around 350k followers on IG while working her 9-5. Due to unforeseen circumstances, she is on a different path and is giving content creation a go. Her content is focused around beauty/lifestyle which is fitting for her, but she made a video talking about hair and this set off a lot of black women. In the video she is doing her hair and encouraging the viewers to love and appreciate their natural hair and she makes it known that her target audience is black women as a whole. The mistake with this is her hair texture is not the standard for most black women and I think that’s the part that didn’t land.
