Super C RV... the dreaded cab Separation

Hello Adventurers! Today we're tackling something that has become a pretty hot topic in the Super C world — and something no owner never wants to find: CAB SEPARATION. And if you own a Super C, this is one video you're probably going to want to watch all the way through. Cab separation has been reported across different makes, models, manufacturers, and price points — even some of the biggest coaches with the biggest price tags. So naturally, it got us wondering… What about ours? We decided there was only one way to find out. We tore into the front of our Super C, removing panels, trim, flooring, insulation and everything else necessary to get a good look at how the coach and cab were actually put together. And once you start taking one of these things apart, you quickly realize it's basically a giant puzzle — and eventually, every one of those pieces has to go back exactly where it came from! But while we had everything opened up, we weren't just looking for a problem. We wanted to understand how the cab was attached, where the potential weak points were, and what we could do to make it stronger. So we reinforced several areas, added additional insulation while we had access to places we'd probably never see again, and then started putting that giant puzzle back together. But the big question is… Did we actually find cab separation on our Super C? And more importantly, what did we find once we got everything apart? Stick around, because we're going to show you exactly what was behind those panels, what we reinforced, what we insulated, and whether we found the problem we were hoping we didn't have.
