Sony WM-EX505 repair : complete mechanism disassembling & assembling - part2

In this part I am assembling back the Sony WM-EX505 walkman. I encountered a big problem: the FFWD mode seems to be impossible to achieve. I can't understand what is the problem, at first glance it seems like a factory bad engineering. Is it so🤔? The video is long because the action is shot during real working time, I did little editing but if is too slow and boring you can always use Youtube 2x speed. Or you may just watch it as it is 😊 I hope this video will help other people repairing the mechanism this portable tape cassette player or maybe when replacing different mechanical parts. Enjoy!
