What if a hospital could feel less confusing for patients? What if registration, tokens, live queues, doctor consultations, labs, pharmacy, navigation, and follow-up could become part of one connected patient journey? I’m trying to build that idea. Welcome to BharatFlow 🇮🇳 This is Video 1 of my journey to build a real healthcare software for India from scratch. BharatFlow is my attempt to create a connected healthcare platform focused on the patient journey — from entering a hospital to consultation, diagnostics, pharmacy and follow-up. In this video, I introduce the idea behind BharatFlow, why I started thinking about it, what problem I’m trying to understand, and what I’m planning to build. In this journey, I’ll explore and build things like: • Patient registration and digital profiles • Appointment and token management • Real-time patient queues • QR check-in • Indoor hospital navigation • Doctor workflows and digital prescriptions • Pharmacy and medicine inventory • Lab and diagnostic workflows • Emergency patient workflows • Hospital and clinic dashboards • Analytics and patient-flow intelligence But this channel is NOT going to be just about showing a finished product. I’ll show the real journey: Research → Design → Architecture → Coding → Testing → Bugs → Fixes → Improvements → Real Product I’ll also study existing healthcare and hospital software before deciding what BharatFlow should actually build. I don’t want to copy features just because they already exist. The goal is to understand the real problems and build where there is a meaningful opportunity. BharatFlow is currently a project in development, not a finished healthcare product or a replacement for medical professionals. Clinical decisions in the product concept remain with qualified healthcare professionals. This is the beginning. Can a student build a real-world healthcare software from scratch?
