Greenwich, Attica Jct., Fostoria, and Deshler, Ohio 10/10/99

In October 1999 a couple of friends of mine and I made a trip to Greenwich, Ohio. Greenwich is East of Willard, Ohio on the CSX ex-B&O mainline. At Greenwich the CSX crosses the Conrail (ex-Big Four) mainline. This line runs between Cleveland and Indianapolis through Marion, Ohio. The Wheeling & Lake Erie runs through Greenwich on the CSX briefly via trackage rights. Our next stop was Attica, Ohio on the NS Sandusky District (Former PRR). We than headed just north of town to Attica Jct., where the NS crosses the CSX ex-B&O mainline. On a map of Ohio, Attica Jct. will be called Siam as that is the name of the community around the diamonds.. We than headed back west and stopped at Fostoria for a while. Than over to Deshler before calling it a day, as it was getting dark.
