MEETWAVE 023 — BABOON HIERARCHY · Generative soft IDM for deep focus and long work sessions 50 min

A troop lost its alpha males to disease. The subordinates' bloodwork changed within a season. 50 minutes of generative soft IDM for deep focus and long work sessions. No lyrics, no loops, no repeats. Thirty years with olive baboons in Kenya: subordinate males carry elevated baseline cortisol, high blood pressure, weakened immunity. But it is not rank itself — it is the subjective experience of rank. Forest Troop proved it when its culture changed and the physiology followed.
