Karma Memes, Savage 'Regime Change' Dig: India Trolls America After Trump's Midterm Bloodbath

POTUS changes, but the Lotus remains. That is how Indian X is greeting Donald Trump’s midterm setback, and the memes are brutal. One viral post claims Trump and the CIA wanted regime change in India, but their own regime got changed instead. Another lists Obama, Biden and Trump as come-and-go American presidents while Prime Minister Modi endures. But beneath the trolling lies a serious question: does a Democratic Congress give New Delhi breathing space? This video unpacks Trump’s second-term record on India, from 50 per cent tariffs and a Russian oil penalty to the dead economies jibe, the Operation Sindoor credit war, Field Marshal Asim Munir’s White House visit and the H-1B fee shocks. We separate meme from fact and ask what Delhi should do next. The verdict is sharp: Trump stays President, his tariffs do not vanish overnight, and Democrats owe India no automatic loyalty.
