"Springtime in Angus" is the second movement of Eric Coates' suite "The Three Elizabeths" and portrays Elizabeth of Glamis, the Queen Mother. The first and third movements portray, respectively, Elizabeth I and, (at the time of composition), Princess Elizabeth, the future Queen Elizabeth II. The orchestra is the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Reginald Kilbey. The photographs are of the Queen Mother at various stages of her life and there are also two photographs of the "Elizabeth of Glamis" rose.
