이번에 제가 가지고 있던 James Tyler Classic (JPN) 스트랫을 Dan Huff 스타일로 모디했습니다. 기존은 리어 TB-4, 미들/프론트 JTS 5500 구성이었고 리어는 그대로 두고, 미들/프론트는 Duncan STK-S2B로 교체했습니다. STK-S2B는 브릿지용 픽업인데요, 댄허프 시그니쳐에는 브릿지용 픽업이 미들과 넥에 들어간다고해서 똑같이 채택을 했습니다. 각 픽업에 병렬 옵션을 추가해 톤 선택 폭을 넓혔고, 디미터 정품 미드부스트를 장착해 밀도 있는 댄허프 스타일의 톤을 구현했습니다. 결과는 대대대대만족중입니다. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I modded my James Tyler Classic (JPN) Strat in the style of Dan Huff. Originally, it had a TB-4 in the bridge and JTS 5500 pickups in the middle and neck. I kept the TB-4 in the bridge and replaced the middle and neck with Duncan STK-S2B pickups. The STK-S2B is actually a bridge pickup, but since Dan Huff’s signature setup uses bridge pickups in the middle and neck positions, I followed the same approach. I also added a parallel option to each pickup to expand the tonal range, and installed an original Demeter mid boost to achieve that thick, punchy Dan Huff-style tone. The result? I’m extremely satisfied 👍
